This survey is conducted in conjunction with the Philadelphia Business Journal and the Philadelphia Real Estate Council.

The results of our Mid-Atlantic Real Estate study for the second quarter of 2018 were released last week in the Philadelphia Business Journal, bringing some insights on the general sentiment in the real estate market and submarkets.
