Trevor Marimbire

Trevor Marimbire is an analyst at Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI).

Prior to working as a full-time analyst at ESI, Mr. Marimbire interned with ESI while finishing up his studies. Mr. Marimbire graduated from Earlham College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. During his time at Earlham, he interned at West Monroe where he worked in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Division. During the internship, Mr. Marimbire worked on a project that focused on increasing efficiency of healthcare delivery. Whilst at Earlham, He additionally worked at the Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Collaboration as a Financial Projections Analyst. Mr. Marimbire’s expertise and passions lie in the areas of Economic Development, Public Policy, and Social Impact.

Elizabeth Dobbins

Elizabeth Dobbins is a senior analyst at Econsult Solutions, Inc (ESI). She brings experience in journalism and urban planning.

Elizabeth graduated from Oberlin College with a bachelor’s degree in English and the University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in City Planning, concentrating in Housing, Community and Economic Development. While at Penn, she interned for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability (OTIS). In this position she focused on transportation projects, working at the nexus of community engagement and implementation. As a student, she also collaborated with Penn Professor Emeritus John Landis on affordable housing policy research, and provided writing mentorship at Rebel Ventures, a youth-led nutrition and entrepreneurship organization in Philadelphia.

Elizabeth believes understanding connections between many different fields and perspectives is necessary for creating thoughtful, actionable solutions. She learned this as a reporter working for local newspapers in Ohio and Massachusetts where she covered a wide variety of subjects. Her stories have received awards in categories including criminal justice, environmental reporting, spot news, explanatory reporting and public records use.

Kagiso Reed

Kagiso Reed is a Business Development and Marketing Associate at Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI), where he works within the operations of the business development team. In addition to working with client relations and assisting with proposals, he is responsible for navigating new methods of traditional and social media content development to further push the framework of ESI’s brand.

Prior to joining ESI, Kagiso was an Assistant Buyer for Urban Outfitters (URBN),   a multinational lifestyle retail corporation headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Urban outfitters is but one company underneath the URBN umbrella which includes: Free People, NUULY, Anthropologie and BHLDN. Their operations include the United States, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, United Arab Emirates and other countries. His duties included trend analysis in the company’s demographic for future possibilities in fashion, cultivating relationships with vendors and upcoming brand owners alike to build structured bulk/test product buys, and paving the way for new product for sake of alignment with consumer need.

In 2014 Kagiso graduated from Dean College of Franklin, Massachusetts and received a Bachelor’s in Arts Entertainment and Management along with an Associates  in Communications. In his time at Dean College, Kagiso was involved with the Campus Activities Board and held a position on the Diversity Committee which planned cultural events for the student body.

Guido Giuntini

Guido Giuntini is a Senior Analyst at Econsult Solutions and an adjunct professor in the Economics Department at Boise State University. Until the end of 2021, he was a lecturer at Boise State University, where he taught courses in Principles and Intermediate Microeconomics, Economic Development, and the Capstone Course. Mr. Giuntini has conducted economic impact studies for several Idaho municipalities and institutions such as Mountain Home, the Idaho Small Business Development Center, the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts and the ExtraMile Arena. He has conducted personal income forecasts for the Idaho Tax Commission, and tax revenue forecasts for the Idaho State Legislature. Guido Giuntini has conducted studies for and collaborated with several Idaho non-profit organizations and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Elina Nikoleri

Elina Nikoleri is an Analyst at Econsult Solutions. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania where she concentrated in Public Private Development. Ms. Nikoleri has a background in real estate, affordable housing, and geospatial analysis.

Prior to joining ESI, Elina was a Market Analyst at Doyle Real Estate Advisors, where she provided clients with an understanding of market derived evidence to support estimates of market rent and relative market position for Section-8 housing. During her time at the University of Pennsylvania, she competed academic projects including a SEPTA station area redevelopment plan in Norristown and contributed toward the comprehensive plan of a Philadelphia neighborhood.

Ms. Nikoleri embraces her international perspective in all projects she takes on at ESI.

Elizabeth Wang

Elizabeth Wang is an Analyst at ESI. Ms. Wang graduated with a master’s degree in City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania. Her specialization includes real estate development, land use and transportation planning, along with spatial and statistical analysis in public policy.

Prior to joining ESI, Ms. Wang worked as an intern supporting regional transportation projects in the Office of Modeling and Analysis at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission in Philadelphia, and as a Business Development Fellow at the UVI Research and Technology Park in St. Croix, USVI. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant while studying at the University of Pennsylvania supporting courses of GIS, planning workshop, and design and development. Her experience also includes urban planning and consulting work at AECOM’s Hong Kong office which includes major land use and development projects for both the public and the private sectors.

Ms. Wang embraces her multi-cultural and quadrilingual identity and endeavors to make cities a better place for people to live in.
