Commissioner Constable is also responsible for New Jersey’s implementation of the multi-billion dollar federal Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery program as head of the Department of Community Affairs.

The event will be held at The Racquet Club (215 South 16th St.), with a light reception beginning at 5:30pm, followed by remarks at 6:30pm.
