Background & Experience

Dr. Gregory is a community-conscious developer of human capital and enabler of access to capital for marginalized communities. He is an expert in leadership and organizational change, and a talented asset manager, powerful motivator and staff developer, as well as an excellent communicator.

Since 2017, Dr. Gregory has been on the staff of the Fox School of Business, Temple University, where he has taught at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Currently, he is also the Academic Director of Experiential Learning. Additionally, he continues to serve as a Project Executive with the Fox Management Consulting Practice.

Dr. Gregory served the City of Philadelphia as Senior Director of Business Services and Interim Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity from 2009 – 2017. During his tenure, he raised the level of awareness in the Office of Business Services as a resource for small business owners, and helped to write and implement the strategic plan for the Office of Economic Opportunity. Prior to working for the City of Philadelphia, he held commercial and business banking positions with Wachovia Bank, PNC Bank, and Keybank.

Dr. Gregory is a graduate of Leadership Philadelphia and Leadership Pittsburgh. Dr. Gregory has served on the board of directors of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the American Diabetes Association, and Leadership Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he served as President of Urban Bankers of Greater Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.
