Gary Bennett is a high-impact Sales Management Executive and Workforce Consultant known for delivering world-class sales performance results, building high-performance sales teams; and leading business strategy initiatives for Fortune 100 organizations. With 35+ years of experience. Gary had a major impact in predictive analytical forecasting, consultative, and business transformation strategy focused on improving the customer experience. A proven brand ambassador, he has been recognized as a strategic thinker, solutions architect, leadership expert, and organizational change agent.

Most recently, Gary was the Regional Vice President of Business Development Operations with Right Management, (a ManpowerGroup company). Gary successfully led the East Region in delivering over $500M in revenue over his tenure. He provided strong executive leadership with a solution-minded approach towards effectively facilitating conversations helping national and global clients solve business problems.

Prior to joining Right Management, Gary worked at Xerox Corporation and was instrumental in leading several successful strategic sales teams and the entire Human Resources practice for the Xerox Greater Philadelphia region. His notable contributions include driving vertical market penetration, refining client segmentation, optimizing performance management systems, and crafting robust “go-to-market” strategies. Gary’s achievements have been recognized through prestigious honors such as Circle of Stars and President Club awards, displaying his dedication to excellence.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College, and certificate of completion in the Strategic Leadership Series at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Gary is a Leadership Philadelphia alumnus and held numerous board positions with the Economy League of Philadelphia, Society of Human Resources Management, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Philadelphia, and Business Volunteer for the Arts. Recently, Gary was appointed to the Advisory Board for the Ambler YMCA of Greater Philadelphia, where he brings a strategic lens in fund raising, capital project improvement and programming.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Gary is a strong advocate for youth development, and “giving back” to the community. He enjoys spending his personal time with family, friends, and playing golf.
