Background & Experience

Mary Driscoll is a veteran business journalist whose work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, strategy + business, Harvard Business Review Online, CFO, Economist Intelligence Unit (various research reports), and Risk Management.

Mary researches, writes, and edits articles and white papers on a broad range of business topics; including corporate performance management, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, retail banking, institutional investing, finance organization transformation, leadership development, shared services innovation, business process measurement, advanced financial analytics, cyber security, and other issues of concern to senior executives and boards of directors.

Her most recently published report: Using Digital Platforms and Artificial Intelligence to Outpace Rivals.

Mary specializes in soup-to-nuts research project management; including work-plan creation, survey design and execution, cross-tab and correlation analysis, and personal interviews with senior corporate executives as well as subject matter experts from academia and advisory firms. While developing evidence to support research hypotheses, Mary interviews executives from around the world, in person and on the phone.

Mary has written research reports ranging in length from 12 to 80 pages. She is the author of Cash Management: Corporate Strategies for Profit (John Wiley and Sons.)
