Econsult Solutions Senior Advisor Sidney Wong started the year in Hong Kong where he delivered four lectures. Dr. Wong has worked in planning at the World Bank, is an active author and consultant, and earned his doctoral degree from University of California, Berkeley in planning. He currently is teaching and consulting at Morgan State University in graduate city and regional planning. While in Hong Kong, Dr. Wong delivered the following talks:
- “The 1920s Planning Movement in China and the American Planning Association in the 2010s,” invited public lecture with the Hong Kong Institute of Planners, January 20, 2014.
