Dick Voith will be part of a panel of experts testifying before City Council on October 28 on the subject of vacant land management in Philadelphia. As City Council debates a current land bank ordinance, Dr. Voith will be summarizing the results from a study completed by Econsult for the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority on the negative impacts of vacant land in Philadelphia and the economic benefits that will accrue from converting these parcels to active use.
