Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 and until further notice, Econsult Solutions is having staff members work from home. Take PREC’s Survey on the Region’s Real Estate Market

Please take the time to fill out the Philadelphia Real Estate Council’s Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment Survey. You have until June 29 to complete the survey for Q2 2018.

This quarterly survey asks respondents to think about how the market has performed in the current quarter and their expectations for the next quarter’s performance. In addition to general market indicators, each quarter’s survey includes qualitative questions on real estate trends and predictions on the next in demand submarkets.

This survey is conducted in conjunction with the Philadelphia Business Journal and the Philadelphia Real Estate Council.
