The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) will be having its annual Symposium on May 4, 2016, from 8:30am to 5:15pm at Villanova University. Please join us to discuss current and future trends in real estate.
This event will feature the following panels:
• Transit Oriented Development (TOD) will delve into local TOD developments and potential for future TOD. Moderated by Richard Voith, President of Econsult Solutions and Chair of CRE Delaware Valley Chapter.
• Real Estate Capital Markets will explore what is instore for commercial real estate investment and lending in 2016 and beyond. Moderated by Jay L. White, President of Apex Realty Advisory.
• Affordable Housing will examine current trends in affordable housing (HUD programs, USDA prospects, LIHTC). Moderated by Barry S. Ludwig, President of Ludwig Corporation.
• Healthcare Real Estate Strategies will cover the emerging real estate strategies related to the continuum of care. Moderated by Julie Herb, Director of Real Estate at Virtua Health.
