Dr. Richard Voith

Founding Principal, ESI

Dr. Voith is a founding principal of ESI and a research fellow of the University of Pennsylvania Institute for Urban Research. A widely published expert in real estate economics, transportation, and applied microeconomics, he has led projects across housing, labor markets, transportation, and economic development. He served eight years on the board of SEPTA, three of them as vice chair.
