Job Description
Our firm is seeking an Administrative Associate who will support our work in the following ways:
- Primary administrative support for a fast-growing and well-respected economic consulting firm
- Responsible for invoicing all clients and following up as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) on all accounting and bookkeeping tasks (e.g. receivables, payables)
- Assist CAO with the processing of contract paperwork
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Perform administrative tasks in support of information technology function (ordering items, keeping inventory, running routine maintenance tasks)
- Standard secretarial tasks: Phone/receptionist, meeting/room scheduling, report/proposal/contract collation, mail, travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support on all staff and intern recruitment tasks (e.g. processing applications, scheduling interviews, checking references, correspondence with candidates)
- Provide administrative support on human resources tasks, as directed by CAO (e.g. keep staff contact info, track intern hours, schedule trainings, organize staff luncheons)

- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret economic data
- Research various economic, fiscal, and legal issues
- Draft, proof, and edit reports, presentations, and visuals

- Conduct multivariate analyses, particularly regression analyses, as part of the statistical and econometric aspects of the client work
Qualifications

Our firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will support the efforts of the Business Development and Marketing Department in the following ways:
- Assist the Business Development and Marketing team with identifying, vetting, compiling, and writing proposals
- Assist with the production and update of business documents and marketing materials (both print and electronic, including but not limited to staff resumes, business lines promotional copy writing, editing, image editing, project summaries, presentations, press releases, promotional videos)
- Compile and compose email marketing campaigns, including monthly newsletter
