ESI President Steve Mullin was recently quoted in a Philadelphia Business Journal article on the future of construction in Philadelphia.
According to Mullin, Philadelphia has a “latent supply” of labor in the construction industry. Due to the lack of construction jobs during the recession, many construction workers sought work in other areas; but if the economy continues to improve, construction activity will resume, leading to a potential “building boom.”
