On Thursday, Feb. 5, Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI) released its economic impact study on Sunoco Logistics’ proposed Mariner East projects, which include a 50-mile that would connect with an existing pipeline, the construction of a new 350-mile pipeline and a repurposing of its Marcus Hook facility to store and process natural gas liquids.
ESI’s study estimated that the Mariner East projects would add $4.2 billion to Pennsylvania’s economy, support more than 30,000 jobs and create anywhere from 300-400 permanent jobs.
