ESI vice president Lee Huang named to the Philadelphia water, sewer and storm water rate board

February 10, 2015

On Thursday, Feb. 5, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter officially named ESI Vice President and Principal Lee Huang as one of the first appointees to the Philadelphia Water, Storm Water and Storm Water Rate Board.

Approved by voters for creation during Philadelphia’s 2012 election, the Philadelphia Water, Storm Water and Storm Water Rate Board has independent authority to approve rate changes requested by the city’s water department. Previously, rates were independently determined by the city’s water commissioner.
