In 2018, Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI) and JVM Studio were retained by the Old City District to produce a comprehensive report of the current state, and the future development of the historic district. Old City District’s mission is to improve the City of Philadelphia’s historic district as a place for people to meet, work, shop and live by supplementing municipal services with maintenance, public safety, economic development and promotional programs.
The State of Old City highlights the neighborhood’s recent successes and shares current and upcoming opportunities such as:
