Econsult Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Wendy Gabriele to Senior Vice President & Principal. Wendy has been with the firm since 2012 and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company within HR, finance, contracts, payroll, and employee benefits.
“As part of my new position, I intend to establish the needs of the Administrative Department and work on hiring staff to meet those needs. I will also work to establish a more streamlined onboarding process and, alongside my fellow partners, make decisions that build our business and enrich the people that make us successful,” said Gabriele.
When Wendy started in 2012, she was an Administrative Assistant. With the Office Administrator at the time looking to retire within a 2-year timeframe, she had an opportunity to be fully trained for that position. Over time, Wendy went on to become the Chief Administrative Officer of the firm.
When asked how it felt to be promoted she said, “It has been a goal of mine for many years to join the Principal-level. I hoped I could achieve it but was never quite certain. I am delighted and enthusiastic to say, ‘my fellow partners’.
