ESI is proud to have worked in collaboration with the American Institute of Architects (AIA)
Philadelphia Chapter on the release of their Fall 2016 Issue of Context. The magazine provides insight and analysis on infrastructure, architecture, and transit related development projects. Each issue has a unique and specific focus area which is analyzed at the national level as well as assessing where Philadelphia stands in relation to other American cities.

The previous Summer 2016 Issue of Context focused on hospitals, playgrounds, community centers and senior living projects with a concentration on how public health is impacted by design. This edition focuses on the concerns facing the nations crumbling infrastructure and explores the impact it will have on a 21st century Philadelphia. This issue also features an analysis on Mayor Kenney’s Infrastructure Policy. As well as, green infrastructure in Philadelphia, specifically the Reading Viaduct Rail Park.

ESI was thrilled to have taken part throughout various phases of the creating and editing process of the Fall 2016 issue of Context. ESI Principal’s Steve Mullin and Peter Angelides, Director of Business Development Benedicte Clouet, and former intern Lauren Bauman all contributed articles to the publication.
