The ESI team headed to Phoenix from April 2nd-5th for the American Planning Association (APA) National Conference.
The APA conference marked the launch of Community Data Analytics (CDA), ESI’s latest data products and services. Based on the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey PUMS, CDA provides up-to-date, customized demographic analyses and projections to assist communities with ensuring their success in planning their development.
We believe communities can only plan for their future if they have access to the best and most accurate information that matters to them. Going beyond simple data assistance, CDA offers a better understanding of the different types of impacts of land use decisions and development plans to developers, planners, school districts, local government officials, and researchers.
From people and schools to traffic and income, CDA provides critical insights into the key characteristics that shape your community. Our data is specific to each community and customized to fit your needs, providing the most relevant information that allows you to make better decisions.
CDA is ESI’s latest initiative to support communities’ smart planning efforts through providing this necessary and critical recent data.
