Background & experience
Grace Hanoian is a proposal specialist at Econsult Solutions, where she supports the marketing and business development team by compiling proposals, as well as assisting with other marketing endeavors. She is passionate about creating and implementing systems for comprehensive responses and efficient proposal management.
Prior to joining ESI, Grace worked on in house communications and marketing for political campaigns, elected officials and government entities, nonprofits, and B2B manufacturers. Through these experiences, she served two terms in AmeriCorps, one as a State and National member at Rural Action in Appalachian Ohio, and the other as a Marketing and Communications VISTA for Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County in Washington State.
In 2018, Grace graduated from the University of Delaware with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Media Communication and Political Science, with minors in advertising, legal studies, and theatre studies.
