CDA Residential Demographic Multipliers
We believe communities can only plan for their future if they have complete access to the information that matters to them. That's why ESI created the Community Data Analytics (CDA) team.
The CDA team has released the latest research in demographic multipliers. These new and improved multipliers serve a critical role in development impact studies which developers, school boards, local governments, and policymakers rely on to make appropriate land use and zoning decisions.
The multipliers have been developed using the most current American Community Survey Public Use Microdata Sample records and offer two sets of residential multipliers: school-age children per household, and average household size.
All reports are offered to the public for free and can be downloaded below.
